CIC lost my medical report ... what should I do now ?
my medicals are expiring on 5 feb 2014

Guys need help regarding extra baggage.
My bags are already weighing about 27 kg each.
How much extra do they allow without any changes?
What is the other cheapest option to courier extra luggage?
I heard that sea mail is cheaper. . However don't know the procedure.

This depends on person to person. Some attendants allow some overweight , some not. I took one 27 kg and one 25.5 kg with me when I came to Canada this time and they didn't even ask. Usually it doesn't matter to some attendants and you can request as well.So you can give a try but be prepared to to take out some luggage or pay extra if they ask to do so.

Thank you all for your good wishes for our interview! It works well... We have our case approved!!! It was a really tough interview for my husband... Almost 1 hours 30 min of questions and the visa officer was giving him a face like she was not trusting him... Saying that she thinks he married me just to come to Canada. He worked hard in his answer to convince her that it was not the case and at the end she called me in the office and told me the same and asked me what i am thinking about it. Then explain to her our feelings and our view of our relationship . She asked me if I was ready to live in India. I said anytime as I already have my PIO and showed it to her. So my part was only 5 min and then
she said she is convinced and our relationship is genuine.!!!

So again I repeat: who ever doubt that it really helps that sponsor is going to the interview with applicant... Trust me it makes the entire difference! Without my 5 min she would have still doubt and even rejected our case! But being together made our case stronger!

Thanks to that wonderful forum who made us being perfectly prepare to face our interview!!!

Finally interview is over. Congrats! Thank god!!!! What a long interview day man. Im really happy for you that you supported your hubby and you are so brave. It was good thing that you came with ur hubby to an interview. Did NDVO give you back all your proofs and passport to redo medical??? Thanks so much for sharing your interview story here. I got ADR on 10th December 2013

I sent documents on 12th December.

As per Bluedart they delivered on 13th December

yesterday my wife did MP inquiry

MP said that your documents still showing pending.

how ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

may be they didn't update in their system or something else

Dont worry tooo much. NDVO is too lazy to update it but im pretty sure they received your documents since it was a month ago. Just be patient and you have time until your medical expires on april. Mp is so useless. try to apply gcms as soon as possible. All the best.

My wife did the medicals re-assessment today. At hospital they said the results will reach NDVO by tomorrow through courier.

Hope they work on it soon and issue the visa soon. :-X

As expected nothing has changed at all from the previous Notes cut on Dec 15. The recent change in my ecas about meds update just 3 days old so it did not come into GCMS notes.

The good news is you got meds updated. Dont worry i believe you will get in ip very soon. Wish you a speedy IP. apply gcms after sometimes. Just be patient.
