WOW Decision Made!!!
Finally the killing wait is over. Passport having maple leaf sticker is on the way to Kathmandu. My wife is already there in the capital city to collect it. Impatient to see it. Would please help me! Please share your ideas, just I can not tolarate my pain.
I first time applied for my husband (family class) from Bangladesh and I am permanent resident.
At that time visa office made phone call to my address (one of my relatives address I used) to check whether I am residing in Canada or not.

My relatives informed I am in Bangladesh. As a result they cancelled my application and refused it; as there is a clause to residing in Canada.


waiting2exhale i hope you are carrying canadian number along with you as roaming. or you must be citizen already .As per your posts you are staying out of canada and stil didnt get ppr .some thing must be happening behind

I am a sponsor with a Canadian PR card..all the correspondences and phone calls goes to my lawyer in Canada...I ordered notes three times and in all of them it says 'passport request' not started yet and there is nothing mentioned about passport request sent in end notes (last pages of notes)I think it is the sponsored person who gets the passport request if I am not mistaken...

1.We received application for permanent residence on April 19, 2013.

2.We started processing application on November 25, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

There lies your lawyer is representing you. So they dont know ur number and cant call u .your lawyer must get ppr as u should have represented him in both sponsor and immigration forms
