not sure about the smartness....my worse case scenario is my file which is already in the basement will be given a special place now ....deep down way deep down under NDVO building secured in concrete barrels surrounded by three layers of steel vaults with industrial strength locks can only be opened by high commissioner..even worse case is they never got my file....nah NDVO guys are not that smart even when they want to take revenge they have to follow standard operating procedures for revenges which does not exist...most likely they just yawn at my emails shake their heads and go 'one more email to the trash folder...yawn yawn...' and' let us talk about yesterday's TV serials'

well this is the response they give on the site when we email them

Your enquiry has been sent to the visa office processing your application. You should receive a reply within 28 working days (by email, regular mail or fax).

If your application is within normal processing times you may not receive a reply from the visa office.

If your message contains new information for your application (e.g. adding a newborn or change of address) your file will be updated but the visa office may not respond to your email.

Hahaha good one with the last line. So true! We never know what ndvo have been doing and not doing anything on our files and delaying it so we have to do redo medical and pcc. How could they do that to the applicants. We paid for it and so wasted money. Thats so suck.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry.

This Family Class application was received by our office after being forwarded by Case Processing Centre Mississauga. This application has been reviewed by a visa officer who has waived the requirement for an interview.

Under Canada’s immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

We are striving to make our processing of Family Class applications as efficient as possible. We continue to meet our commitment to a service standard of 6 months to finalization for at least 80% of cases for sponsored spouses, partners, and children. Processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by Case Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is sent to the visa office for further processing. For individual cases, actual processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the application and the number of new applications received by the visa office.

Applicants can check the status of their case on the CIC website by clicking on Client Application Status. you have been yearning to slap a ND visa officer for a long time...you won't get a chance in Canada so I should drug ND visa officer (or go to his office and carry a sleeping officer on my shoulder and pat his back like a baby for him to continue to sleep) bring him to you and you can slap to your heart's content..he will wake up and say 'is it time to go home yet? I worked so hard today and I think my face is swollen because of hitting my table falling off asleep'
