u got a call to confirm if u wanted to collect the pp or to be sent that was on 7th jan.......so it was understood u got the visa and your pp is dispatched from new delhi within 2-12 days from 7th jan u shld get pp back good luck !! congratulations

yeah the lady din say much she just asked me whether i could leave before feb 12th and asked me whether they hv to mail my pp to me....this mail just confirmed they already stamped my visa on jan 7th and it has been dispatched...though my ecas still says IP

I did my meds on feb 7th 2013..... The one who spoke to me on the phone told me that my meds are expiring on feb 12th.....dnt knw hw they calculated it...bt tats wat she said

Looks like there is some change in the process since I applied on 25th Nov 2013 & in the ecas i see below updates with My wife Indian address.

1) Ur application is received on 25th Nov 2013.
2) Medicals received.

I just got one acknowledgement mail stating ur application is received on 25th Nov.

Should i reach out to them asking if sponsorship approval is done?

yes u can call the call center and find out if u have been approved or not......coz your e-cas is not showing it.......u will get another letter saying your file is transferred to new delhi and sponsorship has been approved and e-cas will have decision made under the sponsorship ......

After a long wait of 296 days, i received my passport with SHINY visa
i was there at my parent's place yesterday (8-jan) when i received my hubby's call from canada telling me the good news.. i rushed back today to my in laws to see what was unbelieveable-- My SHINY Visa......
I am very very thankful to all the people here at this forum for guiding me and providing me with useful information..

Guys, just keep patience. God + NVDO will listen to your prayers soon.. i wish each one of u a speedy visa...

When I expected my file goes into IP, Still shows Application Received??

I am just tired cuz they started working on may applicants when they will go to last week of may applicants
