would any one please let me know how to get GCMS note and i have lawyer so do i have to apply in person and my lawyer have to do so
i m June applicant and my ecas is still file received no update , is there any June applicant which get IP so far
your answers is highly appreciated

If you have a lawyer, ask him if he applies on your behalf or not, since you are paying him. But the site above tells you step by step how to apply.

Today i am celebrating 1 year of application filing I have already lost my educational career because of this. My sweet first year with her is completly lost. Income loss is another big loss. Luckily i have not ruined my credit history. I dont know how long this loss goes on.

This is really unfortunate.. But you will be getting it soon as you are in process. There are still some 2012 applicants who are still waiting too. And at least, you haven't been rejected. Please think about the applicants who did. They are more stressed out and cannot be together now until their appeal works in their favor, but they still have a long wait ahead of them.

I have not received my GCMS notes reply.Filed GCMS on 2 dec.What is the next step?

Because NDVO was in holiday mode (which they are always in...never really working to full capacity), it is taking longer for December notes to be sent out. So have some patience, I am sure you will get it in a few days.

Criminality - passed
Medicals- passed
Interview - waived.
Rest all (security, HIRV, Org crime, misdepresentation etc) not started. What is HIRV.
How long does secuirty n rest of the things take to finish.

Guys dont worry in some cases status directly changes from app received to decision made...be positive ..dont worry good luck
