Its my hubby's 2nd marriage. He got divorce in 2007 and we married in 2011. We have sent each and every detail about his divorce asked by NDVO. About love/arrange marriage cant say. I mean we were colleague, then become good friends, and finally tied the knt. So its arrange as decided by parents but we know each other from past 9 years.

Delhi received my file in last Sep, sent PPR on 27th Feb, I submitted in on 1st Apr and received on 3rd Apr by VO. by then my ecas is " in process" with we statrted working on your file Fed 18th and medical received status . on 3rd Jul its going to be 3 months and till now no news what the hell they are doing with our passports. :'(

My wife's medical is about to expire in less than 2 months. I am so worried now what should I do.

Should I tell them about this or should I re-do the medical.

Please advice.

I think ur wife might have to do medical again bcuz I asked a lawyer he said some pple have done medical too early thinking ND will issue the visa before medical expire bu4 now they ask for re-done

called up cic they said stike goin on rt now...everything is delayed......and all applications are backlogged.....sad but true.....by now they shld have finished 2012 and started finishin with jan applicants...

sad news, but they said on website that essential worker are still doing their job rest walked out.

People who applied in jan 2013 are getting visas. if ndvo people are on strike then its a problem for all of us, But i hope work is progress and ppl are getting updates.Please be positive!!
