Dear gp88,

We cannot say when they are going to send you the passport with visa. We all are waiting for them to send us the visa. Everyone here is having the same issue as to when we are going to have our visa with the passport return. So far things are going well.

As for now I recommend you to be patient and don't panic. Check your application process online for any update. Usually they will send you the update every week.

I have two address showing in the E-case one is my home address in Canada and other one is my lawyer address in canada as my mailing address . Is that ok ?

Hi,

Try calling NDVO for this issue. CIC call center will not help in this case as they will say as the file is transferred to NDVO and now they dont have access to it.
Calling NDVO would be the best option.

Probably you misuderstood my case. The NDVO sent my spouse an email saying "Please find attached document for correspondence .... and they didn't attach any document to the mail. I am trying to get in touch with them so that they can resend the email with the attachment.

Its happened plenty of times below, best is to send email with URGENT - FILE# - NEVER RECEIVED ATTACHMENTS ( either direct email or case specific ) - I would send BOTH
Now, if you call ND, they won't transfer you to immigration section, unless you can convince the phone person that you need to. I was successful twice playing "Canadian Citizen feels helpless, lost delayed paperwork", if you ask politely, you get nowhere
So keep bombarding them every 3 days with paperwork request and they will eventually reply

Hi, Can any of you suggest which one will be better --A letter from MP or GCMS notes in regards to know the status of your application. As Delhi office updated that they can take upto 10 months to decide upon your file and that time is going to be over in mid Jul 2013. I am thinking to ask for MP letter or GCMS notes after that. Please suggest your view on this.

Hi gurnam21, my personal feeling is GCMS notes is better. You will get copy of complete details of your application.

Hey gp88... I also sent my passport on 1st Apr and received by VO on 3rd Apr 2013. My immigration lawyer asked me to wait upto 90 days. In my case my medical will expire on 15th Jul. I am also on the same boat. Wait till its not 3 months. When did you filed your application and where? if you dont mind to share.
