I don't get it. Ppl are saying that they are now working on May applicants and I am an April applicant and my application still shows received. Is anyone else on here an April applicant? Please let me know?

Does anyone know, what should be good time for me to get notes from MP and GCMS?
My current status is: Application Received
1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 1, 2013.
2. Medical results have been received.

Same here. I am a march applicant. Still app.received and med received. I am sure you will get good news soon since they are still working on april too. All the best!

Sure. I applied on April 1 and they requested passport on April 27. Passport was received May 1, 2013 and since then nothing.

I understand that. Lots of ppl said the same too when their meds not showing on ecas but just wait until they start working on your file and then you will see the change. Dont worry too much! Thanks for the luck.

Got my 2nd GCMS notes .... Notes got generated on 29/Nov/ 2013 and they started processing my application on same day 29/Nov/2013

Eligibility : Passed
Medical : In- progress
Criminality - Passes
Security - Not Started

How long will they take to finish medical and security ? ???

Yes it is tough I understand. Not to dig the past but unless it is different for family sponsorship apps, any applicant who is legally allowed into any country with one year validity visa can apply inside that country.

Hopefully you will find a friend who can deliver it for you.

I guess my lawyer wud have told me this option of applying in US if its there even for temporary immigrants...
Even if there is a possibility as such it too late, My app is in IP at NDVO.
