Your visa office was Sydney which is much better timeline that NDVO. I guess it is difficult to compare NDVO And Sydney VO

Did they ask for pp holder id ?

i guess it depends on the postman....I think you do need an ID for the person the passport is.....as long as a valid id is it should not be a problem

MY STATUS SHOWS STARTED PROCESSING 7 NOVEMBER

OMG OMG it's IN PROCESS guys it's unbelievable yipeeeeee ;D

They started processing on 8th November now the real wait begins hope to get dm soon I wish all forum members a speedy ip and dm

There has been an update - my status changed to 'In Process' this morning. Feels unbelievable
From what you have all seen on this forum, how long does it take usually/on an average from this point onwards? They are workng and we r all gona get thru very soon! Ameen!

i got a reply from MP saying my application is on final stage waiting for police check to review by an officer
my concern is all about we did POlice clearence in februvary  which is already expired in the month of august
but i cant re do it again because my passport is with them since may 7 which is more than 6 month

can you please advice on my situation....................

3 years ago , I immigrated from india as plumber to canada ( as PR)through FSW ( point system). But after immigrating to canada I never did plumbers job over here.
Now i want to sponsor my wife from india.
Will the CIC question me -why am i not working as a plumber for 3 years in canada.
1) will this negetively effect my PR status 2) will my wife have difficulty coming to canada 3) will CIC not give me citizenship
