even in my gcms notes ,its written the same thing that cscd date not entered as only receipt for meds was submitted but I submitted the notification and the receipt both,its all confusing ,I dont know what new delhi is doing ,they change the system to upfront medical and they dont have anything to track.

Today in my notes it says "FCU-RFV:FOLLOW UP ON MEDS RFV CHECK SEND FILE FOR.
Any idea what that means?

Lekin aaj GCMS notes say pata pada ki they have waived the interview, coulple are compatible etc.

when did you get ur gcms notes
is there brought forward date in that

I'm actually flying to India next Friday. So I'll probably email them a scanned copy of the meds this week and wait and see what happens while I'm down there.

It's been "In Process" since Oct 26, 2013.
Prior to that it was "Application Received"
There's been no other change since "In Process"

Request you guys to read through and clarify me...

In march 2013 I went for medicals and the Doc after doing all the checks gave me a printout mentioning as upfront medical referal letter.
I enquired about form '1017' which I am supposed to receive but he said their center is an eMedical center and with the new system they send everything electronically to the embassy.
All I have to do as per him is to attach that letter and fee receipts and the rest will be taken care by them.

As suggested I just gave those to my lawyer and all the drama unfolded, my lawyer kept on saying I should attach form 1017 or else app is incomplete and I kept on saying the doc clearly said there is nor more form1017 these days and everyuthing is electronic.
I even double checked with docs office, but he stood by his staetments.
To make things even worse the CIC website is also really not clear.
So contacted the call center and to our relief we heard the same as the doc was saying , that with the new upfornt medicals all I have got from doc is enough.
relayed the info to my lawyer and when they contacted the embassy, seems they got the same info from them and only then they were ready to send the app.

I was really frustrated with my lawyer for not being up to date , but in some corner of my mind, this kept on pricking me.

And in my eCas I dont see anything about 'medicals' so far...

Does this look okay or something to look into....

its normal ,even I sent upfront medical
till 28th oct mine ecas was just app recd and then changed to in process but till now medical was not updated yet
hope it will be DM soon beacuse some of the members got medical updated at the time of DM
by the way whats your ecas right now app recd or in process ?

I had also sent the upfront medical exam paper to CIC. After my file went In Process last week, the medical results were updated on eCas. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'm sure they have your medical results with them.

no 1017 form for upfront medical
one of the member raman got dm and updation of the medical at the same time
so many members in process without medical updated so far
