what is this...

it is a combination code to Fort Knox where the U.S. government stores its gold..just kidding..it is statistical data showing how many visas have been processed in New Delhi and how many applicants had smiley faces and how many had gloomy faces. How many people started a new life in Canada with newer set of challenges to deal with and how many people thought it was the end of the world and found out life goes on, sun was shining in spite of their visa denial.

Nopes.... NDVO requested documents on September 17th. Were sent on same day.

Ordered GCMS notes.

As per note 1 dated September 27th 2013. ****** Recommended waiver *****Docs reviewed. Appear satisfactory. Relationship appears to be genuine. Recommended waiver. File forwarded to officer.

Not sure what does this mean ?

it means all the stars have been aligned in your favor with interview not needed. Lucky you. Unless new visa officer got up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to ask for an interview (not being negative....99.9999999% cases if an interview is recommended to be waived it stands but there was one case in this forum who had his interview waived before the strike and reinstated after the strike)

I just received an email requesting for my passport. But the letter did not mention any deadline, it just said "as soon as possible" along with any other documents which have not been submitted. And not to submit the passport without the required documents. In my case I have two police clearances under process....Malaysia and Canada. I am still not sure whether I need one from Canada or not. What do you all say?
Since the deadline is not given should I just wait till I get my pcc....or should I only submit the passport and gve explanation about my pcc? And yes the letter also asked for my old passports. I already submitted the copies of my old passports. Thanks

If you have lived in any country for over 6 months, you might be required to submit police clearances. As for sending passport, New Delhi asks for passport so that they can keep it in their vault. Their vault is in a palace surrounded by moat and crocodiles. They typically ask for passport earlier in the process unlike normal visa offices around the world. I suggest send the passport first and then other supporting documents whenever you are able to get them. Perhaps seniors (not in age but wisdom and experience) in this forum may have a different opinion.

Thanks I am still looking forward to hear from senior and experienced members say on this. Is there a wAy to email the VO people directly. I got a link from their email. I typed in my enquiry And after that it said they will get back to me in 28 working days...phew!!!!

it is much better than what i got from their response 'your application is within the time frame of 11 months. We will be in touch after the time frame' or something like that...

LOL. Considering how long some people have waited, i'm pretty sure they'd swim across that moat for the visa .

maybe I should ask Tom cruise to do the mission impossible and hang by the cables to get my passport out..except in this case instead of laser beams safeguarding my passport it will be two layers of security one NDVO sleeping on a wooden planks and underneath them on the floor is bunch of crocodiles..let's see if Tom cruise can get past the snoring NDVOs

hey Gratz u got PPR -- yeah u need to send all the passports as many as u have. And u can wait till u get your pcc -- yes u gonna need pcc from Canada too.

CIC Response to MP Query :

In response to your e-mail yes the client has passed eligibility the file is in process in New Delhi next step would be the background verifications which have not started yet and the meds are expired however no request has been sent to the client yet..

What do you think from above response whether Interview is waived or recommended.It does not say anything other than background and meds expired....Comments welcome
