Curious have u got ur medical done ??

Not yet..i am worried what if they diagnose with some prblm.I have no issues clincally and radiographically..at time of first medical i was fine too ..i am bit hesistant wht if i am reffred to a physician whos not good..

Anyone from Gujarat get their PCC done?

If so, how long did it take and is there anything in particular they require to see from the person who is the Sponsor?

For my wife's case, I went with her to Ahmedabad Police commissioner office.

They just want the "checklist for immigration of spouses" which shows PCC is required for submitting an immigration file of canada. Just show that checklist to them... They do not need anything else from sponsor....

Hey why r u worried , it's just a procedure we all have to follow . And when know u r fine then why . Don't waste ur time . Just go ahead n do it .

In every re medical request there r different instructions . So pls don't worry .

It looks now that my file is gone in the loop of waiting after changing to In Process....I see applicants who are waiting since 3-4 months with In Process and I saw applicants in the month of February whose In Process changed to DM within 3-4 days after going into In Process...I was expecting the same but its been now 2 weeks and I dont know when it changes to DM...Good luck to all

My wife got it via email too half an hour ago

Strangely enough, her file hasn't gone in process like it has for others who have recently received PPRs. Oh well, maybe it takes some time to update eCas.

Take my advice, enjoy the moments when you have your passport in hand. Travel around the world, go visit relatives overseas, meet your spouse. Trust me, and I speak for all those whose passports are with NDVO for over 3 months. NDVO is notorious for taking and keeping passports 'indefinitely'.

I wish I had not prayed so hard for a PPR. Now I'm regretting.
