ppr request: 19th sep
Passport sent: 27th sept (received by chc del)
no answer-- app recvd and medical recvd

frustrating..

Hey Guys, after holding onto my pp for almost 6 months I had come to a point when I stopped checking ecas...but I just got my PP via registered mail...

so yes Descision Made and PP Delivered to an April applicant

Aaaayee Aaayyee Yeepppieeee Yeeepppieeeee finally got Decision Made on 28th Jan 2013. Application went directly from medicals received to in-process and same time Decision Made :-*

Thanks to all Ppl who prayed....contributed much of there time to share up things to help out themselves and others. Keep up the good work coming always. I will be always around on the forum and Ppl feel free to pm me to ask out anything you got.

Chitraajay i bet ur next probably at the end of this week or next week ... cuz i been watching ur timeline as it's the same one ;D

Is there a way to get my passport back from CIC before visa is stamped on my passport?

Yes. There have been a few people on this forum who did that recently. I think you need to send a case specifc enquiry and ask them to return your passport for the time being. I'll try to find the page where the forum members discussed this.

I am quite confused as visa officer is satisfied with the genuinity of the relationship but not satisfied with the marriage being legal under hindu marriage act. I am a sikh n my wife is a buddhist.. we have a genuine hindu marriage certificate.. how can we further prove its legality???

Anybody witnessed this kinda case??

Experts n seniors kindly provide guidance???

Yaar you can get marriage certificate from your corporation. Is your marriage certificate provided by any government agency.

Here in my state we have state government corporation/panchayat and they provide genuine certificate for birth/death/marriage. All given by same department.

Its a revenue stamp paper with a certificate attached along with the stamp paper. I am not sure about Hindu Marriage Certificate.
