same happened with Me , jas and India-Delhi ....... we all got " in process" same day .........they both got visa....only i was left.......

You know what Arsh, just to keep hopes alive (apna dil rakhne k liye), I just thought thay they would change the address as per PPR as Nebula and thomas got ppr before me so they got DM earlier. Baaki hum jitna bhi dil rakhe ND wale hain na dil todne k liye Lol

sorry guys have been busy in India with hubby....
So interview was very casual...we were told its a yes....ecas changed to in process on 1nd november and address changed on the 4th and decision made today waiting for PP....

My Spousal application got rejeceted. I want a bit of advise.
We are planning to appeal. In the rejection letter they didnt mention any reason. They just mention that the marriage is not genuine.

But thts totally rubbish. We had a genuine marriage.

I want to know isi it so once we appeal and if at all it gets rejected we can not re-apply again?

Also please let me know can we show additional proof in the appeal which were not declared at the time of initial appllication.

Application was received by Missisaga office on 27th March.
10th October was invetview.
My application status is in progress currently. They have send the refusal letter to me and my wife.

So can you please advice is it possible if we appeal and if it gets rejected can we re-apply..??

Its showing in progress.
But they have return my passport in the interview.
Me and my wife also received the refusal letter.
