status changed to decision made !! .... address change appeared on 4th Nov ... hope to receive pp within 2-3 days

sorry guys have been busy in India with hubby....
So interview was very casual...we were told its a yes....ecas changed to in process on 1nd november and address changed on the 4th and decision made today waiting for PP....

congrats to thomas saint and others who got the good news...

a quick questions. i know some people have had their status changed directly to DM from App Recv'd. So i guess the in process doesnt really have any mean. My application was filed on 1 June. passport requested 27 aug. sent 29. but still in App recv'd status.

What is the general take on this? The wait and the strange way of processing applications is really frustrating. gotta keep the hopes up..

Thats wat ND ppl are.....Totallyyy Unpredictable.... They keep on changing their working pattern..... Sometimes, they start changing status from App Rec to DM straight.... Sometimes, they go from App Rec to In process and then DM.... Then they changed their pattern of changing Addresses....and then DM.... Sometimes, ppl recieved their Passport even though their status remain in process....
And nowdays, they keep us waiting after changing our status to in processs......

I made my husband take up a new house and set it up when my application went in process. Now he is staying alone and I have yet not gone there. Not to mention the monetary issues we have to face because of that.

All the time we talk we cannot plan, we cannot talk nice stuff..just about immigration. I would not be surprised if this wait would have led to people separating. And who is responsible in this case?

Seriously, we cleared our first step in 98 days and 97 days after that. Why does it always happen to us??? I was damn sure about address change today but

Same here, even my family there, omg are so excited about visa but can not plan anything about Reception party, and many other important stuff is also getting delayed just because of this laziness of NDVO. All plans are in vain

Hi All,

My Spousal application got rejeceted. I want a bit of advise.
We are planning to appeal. In the rejection letter they didnt mention any reason. They just mention that the marriage is not genuine.

But thts totally rubbish. We had a genuine marriage.

I want to know isi it so once we appeal and if at all it gets rejected we can not re-apply again?

Also please let me know can we show additional proof in the appeal which were not declared at the time of initial appllication.

Hi...Sure i can help u. Urs is same case as mine.I was rejected wen i applied for first time & was given passport at interview. I need to know ur background to advice.I reapplied in aug 12 n now they sent PPR on 1st oct.So, again my passport is with them...

Seriouslyyy.... Even i bought new house after my wife' file status went to in process.... n now its almost a month since i am living totally alone in this whole house.....I dont feel like doing any thing....Got so muchhh expectationsss.....but seems like everything crasheddd.....

Great! As if we weren't tensed enough that we get to hear that 'in process' apucant aren't safe either. I'm so fed up. I try so hard to keep calm and tell myself whatever it is Ill get my visa vecause I'm in process. I'm left with nothing to comfort myself with. Its so painstakingly frustrating!!!

Hearty congratulations................to everyone who got their status updated from In Process to DM and who got their PP back........

There is no update for me I am IN PROCESS since Oct. 08th....and it's getting very frustrating and tensed day by day....as even the IN PROCESSES are not safe either........OMG......very sad to hear about Sagar's case.

My wife received th PPR email and it was not sent to me ( I am the sponser anyways).
We are happy as we are inline with the others now who have submitted the passport.
Now, please provide some gudience which courier to use for this passport submission.
