where did u go for Honeymoon ........??......is ur Sponsor citizen or PR .....??..........If he stayed here for 2 months after marriage then what job does he do there in canada ......??.....what do u do here in India ......??

Hey thomas u shudnt worrey too much my cuzin filed his app on march 20 and he still waiting for ecas to say in process while mine took on 5 months for visa everyones case is different

i m new in forum, i have applied for SINP through consultant on 31 August 2012... waiting for file no.... anybody applied in same time...please update...shall appreciate.

yea got it there's like six notes...Note 1 talks about sending a letter for an interview Note 2 talk about how they called my husband and scheduled for the interview. Note 3 says my details DOB married ( spouse name) date and just details
NOTE 4 is very thorough and talks about me and him DOB first marriage our education, it says " sponsor and PI are compatible in age, marital status religion and social backgroud. They were introduced to each other through a common relative. They were in touch with each other on the phone since feb 4 201ll........blah blah....pI states approx 500 people attended the wedding. However photos do not depict the same. Photos do no depict the festivities taking place at the time of wedding. As per info on file sponsor parents siblings and grandparent came for the wedding. They cohabited for 2 months after the wedding. Outing photos appear good. Both appear comfortable in each others company i the photos submitted were in touch with each other since they were introduced in feb 2011. Phone bills and ocpies of messages send to each other submitted as evidence. WIll request additional wedding photos depicting the essential ceremonies...

I am the sponsor and I am a canadian citizen...I was there for three months all together and 2 months after the marriage with my hubby...I work at a hospital as a unit coordination and my husband is unemployed in india....or you can say he takes cares of his farming and agricultural land...I am going to India on 26th....i will be there for 7 weeks hoping to bring my hubby back with me...Dont know if that's gonna happen really tensed....hoping for the best though....

Hey Pinder .......

Where did you go for honeymoon ..........I feel the main reason for your interview is unemployment of your hubby .........this makes them feel he married you to just go to canada........maybe m wrong........and my wife is also canadian citizen ............shes coming to india next month ..........is it perfectly fine for a sponsor to come to India while the case is still in process......?????...........and how can you get so many leaves when you are doing a good job there.......???

Yeah kya pagalpanti laga rakhi hai CIC ne... 'In Process' since 26th Sept. Timepass hai kya. I have forgotten everything abt my husband. The time which could have been used for knowing each other was spent waiting, in different timezones. Utterly disgusting.

i have similar situation like you wedding was at gurudwara the same day and only close relatives were present like around 60-70 people and then at resort around 450 people were present m also worried now because its really hard to fit all 400 people in single picture ..but rest my husbands entire family and other cousns came for the wedding and stay in india for 1 month and m also unemployed ..

Absolutely correct... This is like playing with lives.. We are not expecting anything out of the process. We submitted everything and even waiting since long...now why are they taking time???
