I have a couple friends whose visa got processed in last couple of weeks. ND had their PPs for over 2 months and then finally sent the PP back.

First filed in Mid Feb and the second person had filed paperwork in Mid March.....so for those of you who have submitted applications after mid march and sent their PPs to ND just hang in there and hopefully you will get some good news soon!

For me its been over 2 and half months since my sponsorship was approved and file sent to ND...but I haven't heard anything from ND yet!! Asolutely pathetic...

Thats right, the average is 70 days...but its interesting to see that there are several cases where that number is around 30 days ! I guess some people just got lucked out.

The only one reason that is in details is the guests in the wedding we did say that there were 500 guests in the wedding and they are saying that festivites looks like at a different place than the actual ceremony.....daaahhh. ...ofcourse its different....Phere in the gurudware and actual wedding reception in the resort and that resort is huge...anyways will be taking all albums 4 of them....to the interview....Can you imagine fitting 500 people in a picture.....really i think ND officers are seriously dumb.....

I think, you need to relate all the pictures and explain them their relevancy and relation to your wedding only. Genuine people are getting issues and players always get through easily I think.. And once your are done with this, your husband will be getting visa in no time. Best wishes...
I am hoping for my wife's visa to come atleast this month so that we can go somewhere before heavy snow starts..

thts soo stupid reason in every punjabi wedding only close family goes to gurudwara same is my case we send around 500 pics but at the time of sponsership approvel they returned many pictures back which were not me or my husband but were other guests pictures and they returned that pictures and said they dnt need these pictures ?? dnt knw waht NDVO is upto ?? yea take ur wedding albums at interview and other pre wedding pictures i assume u had punjabi wedding so also take all pictures of shagun etc .. good luck for ur interview

That's true...it seems like some people luck out and some get stuck in the process I guess.

hey thomas_saint even my husband has the same timeline. They got our package May 22 and got approved in june and got passport request on August 12 and he sent his passport on September 13. since then we heard nothing. Its been more than 2 months and our application is in processing since September 14, more than one month.

Can anyone help me in understanding my GCSM notes, I just received them today and there are 31 pages.....its very complicated....

anyone has the steps to be followed to contact MP.. the required format?

there is not a long procedure for contacting MP. you can call MP office or visit them if possible and tell them about your case and ask for contacting ND VO on your behalf, they will send you consent form by email. you need to sign and send back to them. or you can download consent form from CIC website

we almost have the same file tranfer and PPR dates.... even i never received any communication after sending the PP...
my address got chanaged from my lawyers address to my local chennai address after my writter snail mail to NDVO... it got changed during aug 20... after that no communications from ND.. just waiting for a call from them... so dont loose ur hopes.. just wait.. ur day is coming...

Yea I know I hope the same for u aswell my frnd.. It's just the matter of time !!! But surely I'll Exchange Info with you however it goes...
