Yeah kya pagalpanti laga rakhi hai CIC ne... 'In Process' since 26th Sept. Timepass hai kya. I have forgotten everything abt my husband. The time which could have been used for knowing each other was spent waiting, in different timezones. Utterly disgusting.

Totally agree with you. Almost 9 months ho gaye hain marriage k baad aur abhi tak lagta hi nahi married hain. 8.5 months ho gaye hain apne husband se mile huye. Sachhi me have forgotten everything about him. I didn't exect that this time period would be sooooo bad.

How come they requested your passport on 10oct and in process since 26 sept..Did u ask them for late passport submission?

Last weekend there were some updates on saturday night ...........so anything can be expected ............

No I did not. They never contacted me since the file transfer. We wrote to them, but there was no answer Then suddenly the e-cas went into process on 26th Sept. And on 10th Oct I got a call from NDVO asking me to submit the passport. I was thinking since my passport was requested late, they must have done with the work at their end.

Hey Pinder .......

Where did you go for honeymoon ..........I feel the main reason for your interview is unemployment of your hubby .........this makes them feel he married you to just go to canada........maybe m wrong........and my wife is also canadian citizen ............shes coming to india next month ..........is it perfectly fine for a sponsor to come to India while the case is still in process......?????...........and how can you get so many leaves when you are doing a good job there.......???

We went too many places more than 4 places but anyways my hubby was in UK for last two years on a work visa and he is not really unemployed he has his farming agricultural land that he takes care of...We were in touch for 10 months before we got married with proofs he was in UK at that time....I work a government job and i work double the time to get days off...you can do it only if your work permits and mine does so taking time off is not a big problem for me.....If your wife is a canadian citizen she can come to india while processing ....that should not be a problem....Spousal visa has nothing to do with unemployment....The purpose of interview is attendance of the guests we had 500 people in the wedding but the problem is the resort where the wedding took place was huge...like really huge.....it was winter in india when i got married if you know being in INdia no body sits in the hall all the guests tries to be out in sun and enjoy all the stalls outside.....but ND officers wants us to show them all the guest attendance.....so thats why they called for an interview...they mentioned rest everything is fine....i have 7 DVDS of my wedding and 4 photo albums taking them all with me to satisfy them...i am not too concerned about it .....i know my relation is very geniuine but they are idiots........

no update rsmeet... we are planning to contact the MP tomorrow.. need to check with the lawyer... just waiting for a good news soon... what we can do.. just sit and check the ECAS... nothing is in our hands...everyday we are beginning our day with lots of hopes.. lets wait for tomorrow..
