Got the Passport with VISA!!!!!! 8)

ECAS still not working so can't confirm dates or anything. The PR visa says issued 1 feb wife is in chennai.

Is there supposed to be a pic on the visa? Ours didn't have any...

Its been a long time since u came online. I thought u got ur pp back with visa and went to canada.
Its not good that people like us have to wait so long for the visa. Waiting is equally hard for everyone. I understand how u feel becoz I am sailing in the same boat too. Anyways I wish u get ur pp soon with shining visa on it . Infact I wish that everyone gets their pp back with visa on it. Btw where r u in india?

Yes angel ur absolutely right. I feel our files have been ignored. Especially me, I wasn't expecting an interview after a full year. How could they do this? If they had already planned to schedule an interview what they had been doing with my file since an year? I don't understand their system at all. My interview is at the end of this month. Who knows how long they would take for dm. This sucks man. I still want to keep my faith in god like my husband do.

Hi Nancy.. did they send you a letter to REDO the medical? tell me something about your medicals?

Yeah they sent passport back with the request to do remedical .. it was supposed to be sent back within 30 days.

Oh my God...I SCARED if they will send my passport back without visa to re-medical....oh nancy please tell us about your case. it is straight forward case. Are you from INDIA or Nepal?

this is the first time I seen, you r january applicant, approved in April and how come they gave you re-medical?

People who have been waiting for 4-5-6 months, you never know you might get your passport without stamp and when you open cover its say re-medical request

thats totally wrong...wrong wrong...this system is not fair system ...please nancy can you share with us...something why is that like?

Ecas was working for me all these days, until the last time I checked early morning. Now it doesn't show any record.

We just had been patient... its straight forward case.... According to our MP Initial review did not start till October.... and then they requested passport after it went into process in November.... and we were hoping to get visa before medicals expired (december 2012) but got request for remedicals.... but what can be done .... its a process we have to get through .. there was no other problem with the application .... now waiting for passport back hopefully with visa.... i am from india.... i had been silent visitor to this forum for past 1 year... when i read your post i could not resist but to post about my case ... we need to support our spouses at this time .... not to lose patience and break down.... this time will be over soon for everybody ...
