No it was not an interview call . they just wanted to confirm if she had traveled to Canada before ,as she had tourist visa for Canada . (she did not , despite having tourist visa). call lasted less than a minute. our time line is on the sheet.

friends our status had been updated to "inprocess " on 23rd April 2013 but shows the date of 19th april 2013. This happened after my wife got a call from NDVO on 19th April 2013. Who is handling the sheet these days ?Please update accordingly.

Thanks....lets wait with hope that we all see some action soon. This makes me think that we may see some non Tuesday updates I.e other than the Tuesday/Wednesday when they update website. Also on the response that I got from the mp ..it said that they are trying to clear 80%cases within 6...

I knew there was quota ,but always thought that it was by the calender year and not fiscal year,thus the reason for slow Nov and Dec months. But i wish what you say is true.A lot of people are eagerly waiting...

I believe that the Ndvo had exhausted their quota for non economic (family class) immigration files because of which they ended up holding a lot of passports which they had already requested ,which would have led them to hold off sending passport request for the remaining sponsor approved files...
