On My ecas its shows "decision made " under the sponsor section and says letter mailed to you.
and under the applicant section says application and medical received.
its been 4 days since they say they mailed it,no letter in mail.
Dont the usually respond by email,i got aor by email.?
Does this mean as a sponsor my file is approved ?
whats the next step?

congrats, wait for one week , if not then check with post office. By the way, what are your dates?

sorry for late revert

my wife did send negative with photographs but it was not stamped at the back

so if u send with negative and for safer side tel studio guys to stamp and sign at back

I want to ask u some question.
U would have send passport photographs of yr wife . Did u attached the negative of photo n did u stamped the photos declaring at which date you clicked the photos ?

I have been asked for passport size photographs from ND. Will it delay the app?
Will again they will ask for something more? or this is the only thing tht they wanted?

My wife got her passport back today with the shiny visa and COPR...Planning to fly on 21st October...

Thanks aussiankk and sbs2012 .This one was probably the first step. applicant part still has to be processed.I am just curious why they did not email me like they emailed aor.isnt it easier and simpler for them also?
How did you get yours by email or letter and what did ecas show time?

As for my time line it is on the forum excel sheet my user name.
