I am not sure contacting Indian MP will help. I have not heard anyone trying it before. Did you order GCMS notes?
 
Got PP Back :D

Got my Passport back.. Have the VISA stamped and Valid till 6th June.. I think that's my medical submission date.

Visa stamping date is 9th April..

I dont know it's shiny or not as got the confirmation from my Dad on phone as he was at home.. :D

Canadian Immigation offices would reply to thier MPs, they are in NO WAY obligated to reply the host country MP, so MP in gujarat or any other state would have no impact, (ofcourse unless it is from a "Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India, which deals with all the other foriegn offices on indian Land...

yes , please use the form that was suggested by HS123, that was the righ form, just to confirm if the form is right or not, check on the left hand corner at the bottom of page and it shoudl have 2013 as year...

did you receive any communication from cic? you are in process since 15 feb.. and i see that your medical is expiring soon in june..

I received letter last month informing me that my wife(Applicant)has applied for PR in 1997 under Adoption Category and she got rejected. They told that she did not included this in the spousal application. They want written explanation as why we with held this information ....

So I sent a cover letter stating this is not true and she never applied for PR under adoption category in 1997 and she never got rejected . I also stated there must be mis match with the details with 1997 applicant etc etc ..

As of now I did not hear from the Embassy..I see u as well In Process from 4 th Feb.. Any response to u rom Embassy.
