Got my Passport back.. Have the VISA stamped and Valid till 6th June.. I think that's my medical submission date.

Visa stamping date is 9th April..

I dont know it's shiny or not as got the confirmation from my Dad on phone as he was at home..

I am not sure contacting Indian MP will help. I have not heard anyone trying it before. Did you order GCMS notes?

I ordered gcms note twice both time same result
Medical-passed
Criminality-not started
Eligibility-not started

My both the addres are Canadian addres since February 2013.

I live in Toronto .
How do I do if my MP is not willing to cooperate till june2013.
Can I try contacting other MP in Toronto?

Maybe you can convince your MP that you had applied in 2011 and waiting for more than a year.Maybe you can try another MP also, even if he refuses there is nothing else to loose. All the best!

and e cas shows: application recievd,medical recieved...

I submitted for my husband's sponsorship to CIC Mississauga on March 14th 2013
I got approval letter for Part 1- Sponsorship on April 09th 2013
Than when I checked the status on E-cas- as of now it says "Medical Result has been received"

What does that mean?
Is this a good sign?
Does that mean, my husband will get request for Passport soon?

Please advise!

It only means that decision on your eligibility to sponsor your spouse has been verified and it has been approved, your file will be sent to delhi, if not already,, and from then onwards , it can mean anything... we have all sorts of cases on this forum where passport has been requested within a month of file reaching to new delhi as well not been requested even if the file have been to new delhi office for more than 6 months, AND ON THE TOP OF IT, even if they request your passport it can take anything between 3 to 8 months before they respond back with Decision Made on the PR Application...
go through some of the past post few pages and you will get an idea about what sort of time lines everyone have...

MY SPOUSE PP IS SENT TO DELHI VO 2 MONTHS AGO AND NOW I HAVE MOVED TO OTHER PROVINCE IN CANADA. SO SHALL I INFORM THE CHANGE OF

Thanks ammuknn ! well you don't know how complex each case could be .. we probably spent over 6 months to apply .. and have been apart for a about a year now .. meeting on an off .. but made sure that our app was rock-solid !
Every case has its own quirks and being apart is tough for everyone .. so just do your best and keep your fingers crossed
