I've come on the forum after a long time as I was busy working & shifting Job... Also frankly I was effing tired of this immigration s**t... Neways I hope there are some old members who remember me.... nice to see many new members on the forum too... Neways Guys VO asked me some more docs to prove the legality of our marriage and we had sent the papers some 20 days back.. Still no update from VO.

Any idea how much time they take to respond after presenting add Docs.. I have also sent an e-mail to them to acknowledge the docs Ive sent thru Courier but No reply... Dunno how the heck they work..

Also whosoever is updating the spreadsheet Kindly update my status to Docs requested after the telephonic interview!!! and my wife mailed the requested documents last week do you have any idea how long the NDVO takes to take a decision once they receive the papers ?. They got my documents yesterday.

I have updated the spreadsheet. Once they receive the papers i think it can take up to 2 weeks to reach your VO. So after that they might start working on your file. Hopefully you will hear progress very soon.

Hey Guys!
I see that some folks who have applied after my date at New Delhi VO have their medical status updated (medicals received).
In my case, when I check online (using the client ID for both sponsort & the applicant) it just says 'Application Received' and the medical status is not yet updated.
How can i make sure if the medical report I have sent to New Delhi wasn't misplaced or not properly received?
I checked with the panel physician where my wife had done the medicals and they verified that they have sent all the medicals till date.
I'm concerned and not interested in hearing that ND VO has lost my medicals after 6 months and then I have to wait for 3 extra months for the medicals to be sent again. I aprpeciate any thoughts on this.

You can try calling CIC call center to check on this.

Hi Muksi..I am getting too much frustrated it's been almost 3 weeks I haven't received my passport back yet..I already emailed to them twice. Delhi Embassy never replied me back..I already booked my ticket for going to canada.. I don't know What to do.? is there any other way to contact them..

Maybe try calling them but not sure whether they will respond. Or try contacting through MP. All the best to get your passport before your travel date.

I also called Delhi Embassy..All they are saying if you want to do enquiry related to your case send us email.. which I did but no replied from them..MY wife also contacted MP from canada last month..They replied my case was going through final review at that time..However; she went to MP office again they refused to send the enquiry cause there is a limit of 3 months..which means we can't go to MP again for next 2 months..This is what upsetting me..

hmm.... i am not sure what else can be done. Maybe send a case specific enquiry mentioning URGENT in the subject.

DM was on 24 march.I think becoz of two holidays last week , it took little longer.

Its going to be awesome spring/summer..

congrats- legalcitizen.

@glass - keep sending a case specific inquiry every week with the subject" urgent".
Do not expect them to reply back, it is just so that your file does not fall through the cracks.
It has happened with someone here that his DM was made and then after some months NDVO contacted him
just because his medical was expiring.- asking for confirmation of address.

just keep reminding them about your case. There is nothing much you can do.

There is no cost involved. Its through the link i provided to you in my previous posts.

Ordering GCMS notes has a fee of 5$ but that wont be needed for your situation at this point.
