Hi everyone here, zenn, SRNizami,Brar.arsh, etc etc,

I was away for 2 and a half weeks because my husband was here in India. Thanks to NDVO he had to leave work, and come here to spend time with me. It was 6 months since I'd last seen him.

Anyway, he's back in Canada now. And I'm still here. No news, no updates from NDVO. We're hoping next week that the MP can find out for us what is happening with the file.

What's everyone else been up to?

Hey Maple, how you doing? Nothing changed in two weeks,it's the same pretty much. We barely get to hear about DMs lately. Loser VOs are busy doing nothing I believe. Keep in touch. Hope some one updates saying Decision made.

sorry to hear that my friend.. i think we both have same assh***e VO... delayed the case for no good reason

Apparently they want it from all applicant who have been to Canada... God alone knows what they are up to!

Thanks for sharing this information and sorry to hear what happened! Will they send the x-ray re-do immediately or only after it expires? Wish you all the best to receive it before end of June!

I had to point out that my medical was going to expire... She said she will have it sent out towards the end of April (my medical expires on 7th May)

They asked me to come to them today to give my prints for the RCMP clearance because I had stayed in Canada

CHC has not yet replied to my concern, MP has already sent 2 reminders and tomorrow he will call them if they dont reply to today's reminder.

wow! that is so slack of them!

what does 10 months means, a visa issued within 10 months or a communication initiated by NewDelhi offcie... what should we expect to be completed in 10 months time... ? and what if 10 months passes by?

10 months is the approximate time it should take for your PR to come through from the day the file reaches NDVO

I've come on the forum after a long time as I was busy working & shifting Job... Also frankly I was effing tired of this immigration s**t... Neways I hope there are some old members who remember me.... nice to see many new members on the forum too... Neways Guys VO asked me some more docs to prove the legality of our marriage and we had sent the papers some 20 days back.. Still no update from VO.

Any idea how much time they take to respond after presenting add Docs.. I have also sent an e-mail to them to acknowledge the docs Ive sent thru Courier but No reply... Dunno how the heck they work..

I know that it takes a few days for the docs to just reach the VO after it reaches NDVO!

They got my documents yesterday.

Hello My friend I am also in the same situation..I got my decision made on 16th march..I am still waiting for my passport..i haven't got mine yet..I noticed one member recently got it after 20 days...so we need to wait few more days..and congratulation to you..Good luck..

Hey Guys!
I see that some folks who have applied after my date at New Delhi VO have their medical status updated (medicals received).
In my case, when I check online (using the client ID for both sponsort & the applicant) it just says 'Application Received' and the medical status is not yet updated.
How can i make sure if the medical report I have sent to New Delhi wasn't misplaced or not properly received?
I checked with the panel physician where my wife had done the medicals and they verified that they have sent all the medicals till date.
I'm concerned and not interested in hearing that ND VO has lost my medicals after 6 months and then I have to wait for 3 extra months for the medicals to be sent again. I aprpeciate any thoughts on this.

Nope I haven't received my passport yet..it's been 18 days since decision has been made on my status..I'm v nervous.i am so panic I already booked for my ticket..Any suggestion Guys
