VO code please if you do not mind sharing?
I cant find it on the email.

congrats to all who got decision made and MRs. But am really getting on the edge with the wait to hear back. How long more do we have to hear back ? If some Jan 2013 applicants hear back on MRs please let us know to give us some glimmer of hope.

We are all on the same boat ceeram. We got AOR around the same exact time, I have yet to hear anything. ;)

Well salmo, I agree about us all being in the same boat , but dont know if I should feel happy that am not alone or should I pity others too that we have to continue waiting :) .

ceeram,

relax CEC processing times are now 13 months and people from november and december are still waitong for medical request even there are some from october waiting still.
good luck :)

Friends

If you look at your Jan spreedsheet you will see that you 'app received' date runs roughly in line with the MR request date.
If you look at JAN applicants who applied 01-05 you see they got medial 11-05 and so on.

So you guys who applied 01-24, if there is such a correlation going on here, should see some MED requests come through 11-24

so don't get too upset just yet

If everything with your file is in order, I think you should get your MR , RPRF and bio data before the end of this month.

I'm expecting 80% Jan applications to see MR before end of November - I'm basing this theory on the December sheet, where many folks have got med, rprf.

As per news release www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2013/2013-11-08.asp?utm_source=media-centre-email&utm_medium=email-eng&utm_campaign=generic, CIC is aiming to "maintain reasonable processing times and prevent a backlog from developing in the CEC". I think cic is moving towards a 10 / 11 month processing time for CEC.

Also, if you see in the last few weeks, there is not much action in Feb and March applications - I think CIC learned their mistake of processing applications in a random order.

All the best!

guys I have one question..as you know that unfortunately I have not heard anything from them after the AOR , so my wait still contines.I am planning to take a vacation to my home country for a month or so in the mean time just to chill and be away for the tension for few days. My question is after you get the med req ( in case I get it), how many days do you have time to complete it ?

Within 60 days. Can be completed at any panel physician anywhere on earth !

^^ thanks a lot both of you..I hope something positive comes up for me this month.....if nothing comes up within december, I am planning to leave the country for good..Enough of the wait !! :'( :'(

Don't lose hopes. You should hear from Ottawa soon, before month end. Order gcms to check your status.

Hi People,

A question, for my friend. He got his RPRF, MEDICAL AND BIODATA REQUEST in November 2013 starting. However, when he paid his RPRF, the receipt he got was blank (no mention of his name, address, UCI, DOB, etc). He had paid in India via an Indian CC (which has got charged) of his relative since he did not have any India CC in his name yet.

What he did then was to send 2 copies of the RPRF receipt: the original blank one (with all other CC details that were automatically filled in by cic as per the payment) and the one filled with all of his relevant details mentioned above. He also mentioned this categorically in his email. Also, his Biodata was emailed to CIC in a seperate email since both the items were to be emailed to seperate email ids.

He was yet to receive any confirmation of CIC having updated his file with the same, although he did request this in both his emails. When he uploaded his new passport, in 48 hrs he received a confirmation email from CIC about the new passport details being updated to his file.

Can you clarify on these things?

A) RPRF receipt was blank as to the candidate details, although the receipt number and the CC details were already filled in. Is this normal / happens / happened with you all?

B) He filled in all the other candidate details and sent it to CIC. This is the standard procedure, correct?

C) He had not received confirmation of the files being updated till yet. Should he email them (CIC) and ask for the same?

Kindly shed some light.

Thanks & regards,
Sid

I didn't get reply for payment of rprf and bio data email either. But I guess rprf receipt should be sent to both IDs - ottpilot-immigration and cpp-cost-recovery. The email says for faster service, send this receipt to cost recovery. But I would assume that the receipt needs to be sent to ottpilot email as well. Ask your friend to sent the receipt to ottpilot email.

I think cic won't reply, seniors can confirm if this is the standard behaviour.
