You have one PR holder. Waiting84 received PR in just 8 months! Nice!

Hello friends

Hearing good news of January applicants receiving MR, but no update on the spreedsheet. Can you guys update please

Thanks
Suvan

There are only two applicants: newcanada2013 and waiting84 from Jan 2013 with MR in the recent past. Both are on the spreadsheet. Which ones are you referring to?

Oh, wasn't reading the headers right, it just says MR received, not requested but seems like that means the same thing. was hoping to see some jan applicants with noc code other than 2174 get through, no offense to you guys!. hope to see other noc codes get request soon!

Can you please help?

I'm a Jan 2013 applicant with status Application received-waiting for MR. I just got married in September 2013. My wife is a citizen of India. I traveled back to Canada after the wedding. I applied for a visitor visa for my wife to visit Canada - the application is still in process.

Now, what should I do with my PR application? Add her as a dependent right away? Or wait until I get PR and sponsor her? I just want to do whats best for her (get PR at the earliest) and I don't want any rejections.

Thank you,

Send updated forms with marriage certificate, photos and fees to add her in your application right away. Make sure you submit a covering letter explaining your case.

hi Andy,

If you were to marry to a Canadian National, would it be the same process?

Thanks, in advance.

Andy

Can you add mine to spreadsheet

Visa Office : Ottawa
NOC : 2173
App Rcvd.: January 28th, 2013.
AOR Rcvd : March 7th, 2013

Do you think I can send her police clearance later?

Thanks,

it's been just a month - I would wait before requesting one again.

Also, as you can see things are moving very slow or everyone in here. I don't see the point of sending a request when you already know things are not moving for anyone anyways (with the incredible exception of the user "waiting 82" who got all sorted out in 6 months...for whatever unknown reasons...)

So, relax, wait and see and look in this forum for news on other applicants.

Hello Guys,

I received my GCMS notes after i emailed them and this is the status

Eligibility - Not started
Criminality - in progress
Security - Not started
Medical - Not started

It says no reportable trace for RCMP fingerprints for me but for my wife they require fingerprints. So should i get it done only for my wife now and mail them ?

By the way my NOC 2173 and AOR Received was 6th March 2013.

gaurav18 > your details have been added to Jan 2013 tracker.

ceeram > Yes, it is ideal to get fingerprints done for your wife and submit it sooner than later.

eds1275 > If you are Jan 2013 applicant, your application will positively come up for processing in the next 1-2 months. Send all other documents and apply for her police clearance asap.

Ottawa10 > As I understand it is the same process. More info - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=357&t=5
