So, I did the same as you... one set of notes through Information Act, and the other through the Privacy Act. Just received my notes on the 30th day and the notes are exactly the same. There are no deviations or any noticeable differences.

One thing I did notice change was that they noted my ATIP request. Wasnt aware before that they log these with CIC, but apparently they do. Not a big deal, but interesting to see. All my forwarded documents have been attached. Status remains unchanged .. not in process.

I don't see you on the spreadsheet, however.

When did you get the AOR? (just checking if it chronologically makes sense...at least)

Friends, i have a question with regards to the application status shown on CIC website.

As per CIC you can apply for Open WP if "already working in Canada and your application for permanent residence has been approved"

when does the application actually gets approved?
my current status is "application received" can i apply for a Open WP?

I got my GCMS notes today (30 days exactly).
Nothing has changed - criminality still in progress and nothing else started
I noticed though that my file was updated on August 7 but I can't really see with what.

If you have received AOR and your closed WP will expire within 120 days, you can apply for BOWP.
