No. It's not over
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - pafso posted a link on their Facebook so ppl could watch out for e decision.
A decision which won't be able to order workers back to work: It is simply whether the govt has to negotiate or ot.
This strike may well go on for another month (my personal opinion)

That's great news, for everyone .

regarding your question, MR wouldn't be a problem. However, the police security check might take a little bit more time depending where you come from. That's my guess...

I noticed that last night as well! However, I also noticed that they put down their submission office as Buffalo? Curious as to how, since I thought that particular office was closed and all CEC apps sent to CIO. Any thoughts?

If they put it down it would still be directed to Ottawa - assuming they were applying from withi. Canada.

I have applied for BOWP for my self and spouse. now my daughter is on visiting status. her visa is expiry in end of November 2013.How can i extend her visitor status? any one can help . I am a January applicant i was expecting to finish my PR processing before December. but look like its very slow. any comments!

Fair enough. My thoughts were that it facilitated faster processing...as someone mentioned that they were in the midst of processing a batch of leftovers from Buffalo. But with the other Jan MR just being reported....kinda answered my question there. ;D

Congrats! A lot of 2173s are getting expedited treatment in CEC. I think it's also in the FSW category, and they are processing you guys faster. All the best!
