is any one is on the same boat..?? my intention was to reach my application as early. and i mean to be honest .. i signed the application and send it on 31 December 2012. and cic recivede it on 7 jan got my AOR on 17 feb 2013

yes, i applied on 30th Dec, and it reached CIC on 4th Jan....

as per the cic site, the date they receive the application wud be counted...
