Now I'm a bit confused as well! So, if I ordered under the Information Act as an individual, will I still get the details or do I also need to submit a request through the Privacy Act?

I think you should get the same details either way, because it is just a screenshot of your notes in the GCMS system.

OK sweet. Thanks!

Hi,
Do you guys know CPP-O address where I should send my RPRF receipt?

Thanks

Hi waiting84,

Congrats again. Happy for you.
I recall you mention that your application is processed by the CIO Sydney, not CPP-O.

So i am not sure if it is right to send the RPRF to CPP-O otherwise requested by it. Just letting you know that you may want check that before sending it.

But the CPP-O email address is:
OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca.
I think you can email it to them.

If you read that email thoroughly in which you got your RPRF request, you will see the address where to send the receipt.
It should be sent to "CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca"

Congrats Waiting84!

Hi Jan-13 applicant folks,
Is anyone else received further updates on application like status change to 'In progress', etc?

Is GCMS notes requested helping to know current status?

Just another question, If I order GCMS notes now and see nothing has started yet, can I order it again after few weeks? I mean can it be ordered any number of times?

Guys I have a quick random question. I'm filing my application in Sept this year and started filling
out all the forms.
I completed the first form and now CIC released a new version of the document.
How did you guys do that? Fill out one form, re-read and have someone proof-read it. And then before
mailing it check for newer version... if available download and fill out again?
Or just submit the older version of the document that has already been proof-read?

Thanks.

The template of the forms keep changes. Download all the forms just 1 month before you plan to apply.
I'd suggest to collect other attachments/enclosures mean time... like IELTS, PCC, Employer ref. letter.
Older templates would get reject...Proof reading is a personnel choice...
