I paid the RPRF online. The generated receipt contains only the application number and date of payment. The name, client ID,address are coming empty.
Is this expected or some issue in my payment?

Yes. it is expected i guess.
i paid the fee online. The receipt was empty. So i filled in my info and scanned it and sent a copy of this scanned receipt to the email address they provided.

Long story short, and I understand this is not a PERSONAL forum, so yes all the other options have been exhausted for me.
If I do not get PR this time, I would have to close that chapter of my life (10 years of my life!)
I read that you have been on WP for like 7 years. You have lived here for a long time as well. So I can imagine how anxious you must be waiting for some sort of definitive answer on your PR application.

squishyface just stay positive and optimist then with GOD'S help you will hear something positive soon.
you can always apply for BOWP if you don't become pr before your work permit expires.

I forced myself not to look at the forum for few days. I had to come back to post an update:

I did medical on 6th Nov. Doctor uploaded medical on 8th Nov. GCMS received last week shows IME Status: Received. Reason for closure: from emed.

I had sent an email to Ottawa asking whether they have received my medicals. Today I got a reply that they did not receive my medical results yet ! I dont know whats going on Also, they told me that as of now, no action is required from my side. They will contact me if additional documents are required.

Anyways, good to see more MRs and RPRF ! I hope that those who are waiting will get it soon.

its either your medical results are still processing in the RMC ottawa or the doctor has not submitted them yet,in both cases they have not reached cpp-ottawa yet.
i will suggest you contact your doctor again and confirm the date he sent the results,if you are 100% sure he sent them then they are in a safe hands(regional medical centre)in ottawa and as soon as they finalize them they will be forwarded to cpp-ottawa which an officer there will update the status online to medical results have been received.

Doctor is 100% sure that results were uploaded. Even GCMS says IME status is Received from emed. May be RMC and CPP-Ottawa are not integrated. Anyways, I'll just have to wait.

One question regarding address update: I married in Sept. Added my wife to application in sept itself. At that time she was in my home country. All IMM forms had her home country address. Now, she is in Canada living with me. I did inform CIC that she is in Canada, but they didnt care to acknowledge that. We both got MR (a confirmation that they added her to my application).

Is it mandatory to update her address by submitting the forms again?

i do not think its mandatory since you have already inform them that she is living with you now in Canada and have got a medical request for her as well then you should be fine.you know cic does not usually acknowledge all our queries.
back to the medical subject,i just want to say that no one knows how people at the RMC works so it depends on the work load and other factors,also do not ignore that Xmas and new year's are coming so a lot of people take their vacation around this time and we might see a short delay with cic.

According to my gcms -

Eligibility - passed
Criminality - passed (validity date: 2015-11-04)
Security - blank (However, based on activities at the end of file - I feel it is set as passed)
Medical - In progress

Also, in the 2nd page of GCMS I see:

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT
Assigned to: DA01664
Assigned by: JP5777
Due date: 2013/12/01

Does this date 2013/12/01 mean anything? Is this the due date for the VO to finalize / make a decision on my application? Never got a clear answer to this question.

I see that DA01664 is the one who set Eligibility and criminality as passed. JP5777 sent me RPRF and Bio data email. Who's the VO here? Who's the boss ?

they are both VO but everyone has a different task.like i told you once before,the one who sets your eligibility to passed is most likely the one who will finalize your case.
the due date you see not necessarily mean the date they will send you PPR or finalize your case,its the date a VO will review your case and if everything is in order most likely you will get ppr same day or shortly after but if something is still ongoing then your file will remain open until everything is done.
