I did not get any rejection letter from ur side just got empty passports and a small slip which said we will get a mail but no response from your side

It have been up to 20 days and more..

What is your visa type ?
If you received passport without visa, unfortunately it could be a rejection. Sometimes visa offices take time to send letters of rejection reason.
May be a rejection ...I have received my passport without stamp and a note ..But no rejection mail yet..
What kind of visa did u apply ?
