Neither visa stamped on passport nor refusal letter in envelope

I got my passport dispatched message and when I opened the envelop there was no visa stamped and no refusal letter.

But a small piece of paper stuck in my passport stating that all the information has been sent by email.

I am yet to receive any mail since 13th August 2019, checked my spam nothing.

I have written to them twice but got no reply

personally I did not get my 2nd refusal letter until now. Its been more than 2 yrs. You should order a copy of it along with the GCMS report. check caipsgcms.com

I am facing similar case right now I submitted on the 4th of July 2023 and just got my passport today 5th January 2024 no Visa stamp in my passport no letter of rejection no email Canada embassy Abuja Nigeria
