My friend got his passport dispatched message and when he opened envelop there was no visa stamped and no refusal letter.

But he got just a small piece of paper stuck in passport stating that all the information has been sent by email.
But he has got no email yet

I had same issue like yours and I don’t really know what I should do next. I tried calling the visa office and they put me through an automated machine that doesn’t really help.
Can you please guide me a bit about what should I do next or maybe any links or a contact number So I can call and ask what’s going on....

Nowadays they send email but dont know when. If you plan to apply again then before that get a caipsgcms.com report to know the detailed rejection reason.
