need visitor visa for mother ?

Hi Experts,
We r five sister,all r married.my two sisters in canada.My sister who is in canada now pregent & her delivery in october mid she sponsor mother on visitor visa on her delivery time.what documents from india we attach wid application? we need to attach affidative,intention to come back in india,or cover letter enough?My father stay in india,is that strong reason to come back in india.
plz guide me properly.

In general, 1. you need the relative in Canada to write a letter of invitation to your mother, 2. financial status of both the relative in Canada and your mom and 3. most important providing proofs that your mom will come back to india by the expiry of visitor visa. I don't think that your father in India is a strong enough reason.
