Need to submit Webform after BVL ?

Kindly suggest me that either i need to submit a webform or wait for more time?
Today is already the 5th day after the BVL but no update is recieved after that.
Will it effect my result or not?

Sds, sept 2020, march applicant with medical and biometrics done,uni on doi list

Today is my 3rd day after i received BVL. Complete app... Is your BVL from Ottawa too?
