Need to know process to bring my younger sister in canada

Happy new year to all the readers,

I am in stress and confuse about how to bring my younger sister here in Canada.
I am living with my husband in Canada and 5 months pregnant and delivery due is on April. I lost my both parent few yrs ago. I have really good relationship and understand me very well.
I have a sister who is working as doctor in gynecologist department / baby delivery section in hospital in India.
I want to invite my sister during baby delivery, and also for domestic support. But the moment, She is preparing for ielts for express entry visa. Is there possible to get visa for her, even though she is doesn't have experience
in her personal life but has experience in professional life. I have few question
1) what kind of visa she can apply and what is shortest to get her here on delivery due date
2) if she get visitor visa, can she apply for express entry visa while in canada
3) if she doesn't get visitor visa, is it gonna affect her on express entry visa application

I called Canadian immigration contact 18882422100 and it going to automatic information about visa, not able to connect to agent

1) She should apply for a TRV if she wants to visit you in Canada. If you say you are bringing her here for domestic support, CIC will classify that as working illegally and refuse the application. You should state that she is coming here as a visitor only. Unless she has traveled to countries such as the US and UK previously and has a strong travel history - I would limit her trip to 2-3 weeks. Processing of the TRV application can take anywhere from a few days to several months.
2) Since she will only be visiting Canada, the EE application will be processed through her home country's visa office. However she can certainly submit the application while in Canada once she has ITA.
3) No - this won't impact her EE application.

Today I got doctor support letter that I need help from sister at the time of my baby delivery. I don't know whether it help or not. But I got it.

1) Do I need to send apply for sponsorship for her air ticket and expense in Canada if yes then how
2) Do I need other send invitation letter also
3) Does she apply TRV from India through online or I can do for her from here
Sorry, I got so many question, I doing paper work for first for visa for some one so I have 0 knowledge about it.

I would NOT include the support letter from doctor. A visa officer may interpret the "help" your sister will provide, as illegal work. The support letter could cause TRV app to be rejected.

Just state she wants to visit you for a vacation, period. You can mention also to see birth of child, but don't mention anything to do with support or help.

No - I would not say that. CIC may interpret that as working (help = work).

Simply say that she wants to visit you and meet your new baby.

It's important to proof tie to HOME country when you apply for TRV.

Not to show how important for her to NOT go home...

Is your husband in Canada? That would negate that comment from the doctor if he is (and how IRCC would look at it too).

Your sister needs to be concentrating on gathering proofs of ties to her home country (residence, job, accounts, family, etc) that will convince IRCC she will leave Canada at the end of her stay.

Concentrating on reasons why you desperately want her to come to Canada, is not the right strategy and can actually have opposite effect if it causes IRCC to suspect she will overstay her visa due to your strong desire to have her in Canada.

I am confused here again, It says in website that TRV can apply through online bye creating
1) Online banking login which is showing only canadian bank, how my sister can apply from India.

Can I apply behalf of her through online.

2) GCKey which will not work with my sister application.

What you are talking about here has nothing to do with family class sponsorship.
