Hi All,
It will be really helpful, if some experts can help me with these questions
We are a family of 3... me(principal applicant) , my spouse and my child under 3 years.my question is
1. ADDITIONAL DEPENDANTS/DECLARATION FORM - do we need to fill this form?... if yes, is to be filled by Principal Applicant or spouse?
2. Signatures on all the required documents to be in black ink or blue ink?
3. dependent type for child under 3 years old , will be TYPE1 or TYPE A?

You only need to fill out this form if you have more than 5 dependents, and couldn't fit all your dependents details on the IMM008 form.
2. Signatures on all the required documents to be in black ink or blue ink?
Pick your favorite, black or blue.
3. dependent type for child under 3 years old , will be TYPE1 or TYPE A?
