Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi everyone , i got married 2 years ago and my husband is in canada now with his PR card. we can to apply for his fathers visit in canada. so is it smarter for me ( canadian citizen to apply ) or him since he is the son.

can someone help me as to how exactly i could apply and how much time itll take

also i think super visa is better .. any ideas on how i can make the application strong to avoid rejection?

Your husband must be the sponsor - however you can co-sign. Application details are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa-how.asp

For further information you may be better off posting in the Visitors section of the forum. There are several active super visa threads there.

Hi I feel like this forum is much faster as I have recently done spousal sponsorship as well

Can someone please help.... so my husband has his PR card so can he apply for his father to come?

yeah. However i suggest he finds a job and earns some income before applying.
CIC will become suspicious if son just landed and right away sponsors father. Give it some time. Earn some money have a stable job/income before applying
