Need help in Spouse Sponsership

Hi friends. I recently got married in Pakistan. I am a muslim and I am back to Canada. I need help to start sponser my husband so that he comes here as soon as possible. I have no idea from where to start. I have my Nikkah document( Marriage certificate) but its not translated in English. Do I have to translate that in English. Plz guide me from the beginning what do i need and how do i apply plz friends.

You also have to register the marriage with the government in Pakistan. Sponsorship usually take over a year from Pakistan. Pregnancy will not speed up your marriage. If you want your husband to be with you when you have a child you should delay pregnancy until he gets PR. Would start working full-time if you are still working part-time unless you are in school and that’s not possible.

I am going through the same, except the pregnancy part. So, first thing first, make sure you have evidence of your relationship. for instance, wedding pictures, your conversations, your pictures etc etc. Also, this process requires a lot of patience. made up ur mind first, it is going to take more than an year for him to visit you. however, you can go back to visit him anytime you want.

What if i dont have any text messages or conversations as i dont save my chats on watsap. I always delete my chats and so does he. Now what do i do plz help

then you better start saving them.
Don't apply till you have enough evidences to show.
Its better to wait then to get rejected, and make it impossiable to happen for the rest of your life,
or contact an immigration lawyer/consultant.
Just make sure he/she Is registered with CIC.

A PR can't visit their spouse whenever they want. They must remain in Canada during the sponsorship process. One short trip of 2-3 weeks seems to be tolerated.

You need to apply for Nadra marriage certificate assuming that you already have two copies of Nikkah nama handed over to you by the Nikah khawan. Take those copies of nikkah nama to your area’s Union council and get your nikkah registered and ask them to issue you Nadra marriage certificate. Whole process shouldnt take more than a week.

Patience!! It is up to you , through lawyer or by ownself to fill up application forms carefully or through lawyer he will be charged atleast canadian dollars 2000 i know few from canada if u go by ownself to do all this collect and submit not copies original nadra marriage certificate, original nadra birth certificate, original police verification if you have not any chat history watsap or fb then u have to explain reasons detailed Why and satisfied concerned visa officer one who scrutinize ur docs if marriage is arranged then answer visa officer in which circumstances its held.. I submitted my case by ownself also.

Why u didn't save that's more helping with you that text messages or for pakistani that marriage certificate u have u will be translate that n attest in union council n make nadra marriage registration certificate.

Ok thanku so much. M afghani my passport is afghani and m new immigrant as a refugee i have been here in canada now for one and a half year now but m married to a pakistani boy. He is not afghani. My question is that before sponsering my husband do i have to pay the immigration loan which they paid us for coming here to Canada. Can someone plz answer me for this question
