I believe if you have a job offer or connection in Saskatchewan than you get 30 extra points which helps u getting 80 or plus points there is no other way you can exceed 60 points without having any connection. So that means the Sinp is only for those who have connection otherwise I don’t know...

so far he only has 61 score as he doesn’t have any connection in Saskatchewan and also doesn’t have any job offer. If he gets a job offer I think it will be sooooo much chances for him to get nominated
