need advice!!

Hi!
I am 25 years old Croatian, I'm about to finish master degree in structural engineering (civil engineering faculty). My english is very good (a little lack in speaking part, because I didn't talk much with native speakers, but after 10-15 minutes it's ok), I am also learning french (right now at basic level). I have no experience in my occupation. My fiancee (23) will finish next year master degree in plant production (agricultural faculty), her language skills are similiar to mine. We have some friend in Calgary.
I am planning to go earlier in Canada (maybe May,2013) and i was looking for Working Holiday program, but then i can't work in engineering field, in Young Proffesional program problem is how to find a job, because I am not in Canada?
Main problem is which visa should we request?
Do you have any advices that might be helpful?

Request any visa that gets you to Canada easily. If you qualify for a working holiday program, do it. While you are in Canada, you can work on looking for future employment.

my papers was sent to the immigration office early 2009 but still no updates from the immigration,we called them to help us see what's goin on my papers and they instructed us to fill up papers just to make sure that i'm the legitimate applicant but until now it's been i think 3 month have passed and still no news or updates.. we had our attorney before who assist us in forwarding my papers being sponsored by my husband who is landed immigrant...i asked my husband ever since to get the file number to the attorney but until now i dont know the exact reason why she cant give it to us easily...she told my husband once that there os nothing to see if ill have the file number,i believed it is very important if that's the only thing that i can hold on from waiting my husband and cope with my deppression on this thing...well i guess there's nothing wrong if i can have the file number...it's been four years since i havent seen my husband personally execpt seeing him online and talking to him everyday...if he could also get his prc just to get home here to visit me then at least it would help us from longing...i know that he also has his fault from not getting it 9years ago and only made him to process it a year ago...we cannot blame the officer in making it difficult for him to get his prc...what else can we do to those inlvove officer in forgiving us not getting the prc early before...hope i can get answer and thank you in advance
