very nice information. me and u are in same boat dear.

they have srongly doubd about our job verification. in my GCMS also they call to my employer and after that no any update.

Is there not any comunication detail in ur GCMS? in my gcms also 16(1)(c) but still they had write all my employer communication detail.

Is it dangerous or not ?

The meaning of 16(1)(b) is the information must relate to investigation techniques or plans for specific lawful

Can it create a problem ?

That means should they have remain any further procedure or not ??

I rcvd a mail frm delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca regarding invitation to participate in CIIP program. Did any one rcvd any such kind of mail? Usually it comes along with medicals. I ddnt get any re-medical request so far.

Yaa,

It must be come with your medical but in your case medical is not come (re medical) and CIIP invitation come that means it must be come your re-medical very soon.

By the way it's a good news in current situation that at least they touch our file. and i hope every thing will be fine for us

No dear actually i don't get my medical till today but i was applied on CIIP online and i got a invitation and i was attended there two day session at Ahmadabad, so i know all about this but normally that invitation was come only with medical.

Don't worry dear, if you got CIIP invitation they it must be come your re-medical definitely.

Wait two or three day it should be come.

Even it's a good news for me too for some hope of my medical will also come

When you attended this CIIP sessions.Whether you applied it on your own or you got this invitation and then you applied online.Can you share your experience.
My son is in school so I am not able to attend this for two days,can I go for one day only.are these sessions undergo in Panjab also.

Its shoking that in ur GCMS no information bevause in my both GCMS all informations are thare

they call to my university by call and by mail and all this informations are there in detail. no any 16(1)(c) but only employment verification conversation that 16(1)(c) at the end on discussion

do i'm only worried about that varification

No need to worry,have faith in god.Let me share my experience of employment verification call.My employer have three outlets and one of the employee in other outlet also applied for immigration.When my employer got the call,ndvo verified for both.But when they call me and asked about other one ,Idon't have any idea as i didn't know her.Similar happened to her also.But on very next day she got mail to explain this in written.Me on other side is still waiting and there is no communication.this all was happened in my third varification.they didn't mention any varifications details in GCMS.not even dates of varifications.
Now what you think,is it positive sign or negative.
