NDVO applicants who got DM waiting for PPR pls connect here

I called CIC to check about the DM and to check why we are not getting PPR. but he refused to give any information. He said that we are not authorized to access your file if it is being processed outside the country.

It's been 3 weeks already and still No PPR :-/
It's getting frustrating now.
Was expecting within a week. Hoping that everything is fine and that everyone receives PPR this week atleast *fingers crossed*

From my conversation with a CIC agent, if DM is seen along with the Medical results have been received line on the ECAS, the DM could mean that the decision is regarding the result of the medical exam. I was told the details on the MyCIC account is more accurate and up-to-date than the ECAS.

Can anyone give some clarity on this, and what does DM really signify?

DM is not related to ecas, my medical was passed and received in late November 2016 according to my notes . I got DM this July . Thus medical is not related at all to DM.

It could be a technical glitch. Because this is very abnormal , I have never seen PPR take more than 3 weeks. 90% of the time PPR comes in a week. What shld we do

Consultant told me he just sent a mail to NDVO as his clients are getting PPR very late these days
