I registered for London info session. Got confirmation email with venue details and submission number. There was no mention about bringing ECA, IELTS or EOI form. What do you think, will they provide direct ITA on this occasion?

Is it allowed to send two applications for nomination to two different provinces at the same time?
I'm preparing my application to New Brunswick to be sent mid August. At the same time,Quebec's QSQ next
intake is due to take applications online on August 16 through mon projet quebec.

I was wondering if I won't be breaking any laws by submitting my application at both provinces.

Guys, i have a big problem!! I just sent the full application but i realize that i forgot to send one document. What should I do? Send this missing document or wait for the additional document request? Or send a new full application package? Please help :-\

Is it one of the forms or just an attachment? If one of the forms, then I think you have a problem there coz, if I remember it correctly, it states in the guidelines that incomplete document is subject to refusal or return of application. Maybe call NB about it coz sending a new full application will also mean new original documents. If just an attachment, then better wait for an additional document request from NB. Good luck.

During our batch, some of the applicants send multiple applications to other provinces. Some where even nominated by 2 or 3 of them and just chose NB as there desired province. So you are okay with it. You just have to choose which to accept or not to accept in CIC stage. Good luck.

I have received an email to send my full application. in the form "Consent Form for Skilled Worker Applicants" there is a blank place for signature of witness. what do they mean by witness ? can any body sign it or it should be signed by office of a notary ?

witness can be your friend, spouse or anyone who knows you. Notary is not required. I filled all forms and there is nothing as notary attestation etc.

NB PNP is open for Outland applicants.
My agent said its open and he sent EOI mail on Jul 18.

Is it going to work.
I have seen comments at that time its closed for open applicants.

Please shed some light in this area.

I am java Programmer 2174 noc.

Thanks for the reply. I was worried that I might be disqualified for sending multiple applications at different provinces for nomination.

I will go ahead and apply at both Quebec and New Brunswick.

anther two questions about full application :

1 . in document checklist for full application , number 9 "Canadian Educational Credential for Degrees, Diplomas or Certificates" ask for " education documents and transcripts "
Is this related to just canadian degrees or everyone should send it?

2. in some part of the forms they asked for (please print). for example for principal applicant name and signature. what do they mean? Is that mean to type our name only or it should be filled by hand writing?

witness CANNOT be your spouse. they will ask you to fill it up again if you do this
