    I don't understand why they invite you to apply even they know your NOC is not in priority list...... I am quite disappointed at how arbitrary they give out ITA, because it takes time and money (way more than 250$ application fee of course!) to prepare all the needed documents.

    Hi StevieFray, I agree the diversity plays a part in NB's decision, however I think the key point is whether or not a candidate can find a job within six months, because I believe NB is looking for good tax-payers.
