Thanks a lot brother for the advice,,, so to make it clear, I need to change the NOC on my EE profile and Job bank, and fill a new EOI and send it to NB, then wait for another ITA? and prepare a different reference letter and CV? is that right??

another question,,, when you settle in canada will you be able to apply for the Network Engineer jobs (2147)?? will you need any tests or licenses?

I have been living in BC for 4.5 years and have a valid WP until Mar-2017.

Could you please confirm following things for me. So that I can easily understand about NBPNP programme.

1) How many PNP categories are there under NBPNP and Where I can check the eligibility criteria for them
2) How can I nominate for them
3) High level steps to be nominated for them
4) Fee details
5) Processing timings
6) Shall I apply for multiple PNP, let's say SINP,OINPAPNP,...

First of all, a shout-out and congratulations to those who recently got their nominations
NB is chugging nicely and have been giving out nominations pretty efficiently. I can't be too sure if that will still be the case once the 1,000 or so new ITAs start coming in their doorsteps hehe.

@shalaby, I assume you have an on the spot ITA already. If so, I'd say go for the application still. Time is an immigrant's greatest frenemy and 'waiting for the right time' is the worst thing you can do. If they have given you an ITA already, just make sure you have sufficient documents to describe your job description. Letters of Explanation to detail your work experience will also work a lot. Also, look for the right NOC code. Most of the NOC occupations have common duties so look for the right one.

@anton_gambit_11,if you have not heard anything from NB in 2 months, that means your EOI was implicitly rejected. Just send another one...just remember the two month rule

So, am back again with my questions.

Can anyone please run me through the process of how to order for a duplicate copy of my ECA to be sent to NB.

Then while at it, i want to send my application by tomorrow. Should i just include a copy (not original) of my ECA with my application while i order for and wait on WES to send the duplicate copy directly to NB?

Please Advise.

Hi Ruby31. I can say you how I did. In your account on WES website you can order a duplicte and their will be a field where you can choose NB as a receiver. You'll have to pay them, as I remember something like 75 $...

Also you can write a short explanatory letter where mention that you've attached a copy of your ECA but original was ordered and sent by WES.

being a network engineer in canada really depends.. since im a newbie/immigrant there. I would be open to anything network related.

no need to send to CIC - u already paid for that when you did your WES..

btw, you are entitled to about $40 refund after you pay the duplicate copy... search WES refund in this forum and you will know what I mean.. you can thank me later ;D
