Hi experts, I need your help!

I would like to sell my property(house) to get the required amount for the proof of funds for NBPNP. The amount will then
be deposited on my bank account for future use as POF. My question is: what kind of document will I need to provide,together with the bank
statements, to justify the source of this amount? Thanks.

I did the same for applying to OINP, what I sent to them was:

Bank statement showing the funds,

the land parcel notarized with translation and affidavit

explanation letter declaring the source of funds through the sale

Items No 1,3 are straight forward. Regarding Item No 2: "the land parcel notarized with translation and affidavit" The land is registered under my name and
I have the land ownership certificate in English. Once the sale is complete, a new certificate
will be issued under the buyer's name. No other documents can/will be issued(that's how it's done in my country).

I'm planning to show a notarized copy of the land ownership certificate under my name(before sale) and under the buyer's name(after sale).
I'm not sure if it will work. Please advise!

Hi friends.
I have received NBPNP nomination yesterday 30 june (connection with NB french speaker. Today I have received an update message on my CIC. I though that it is the update of my CRS (600 pts added). But i was surprised to see that nothing changed and still no 600 pts added. Anyone have an idea on how long it takes to update my CRS ?

EOi sent on 06/04/2016 under priority 1 french speaker
NB ITA on 28/04/2016
Documents sent on 2/5/16
NB nomination 30/6/16

Hello Everyone,

New to this forum and this process. After reading about the NBPNP, I have some information on which I would like to gather clarity. I have filed my Express Entry profile with a score of 438 under NOC Code 2181, 2171 and 2282 (IT Consultant).

Would like to understand two things:

1) The subject line of the email in which I send the form and updated CV.
2) The body of the email. Do I need to mention any details there?

I got AOR on my initial documents submit. After this I got request to send additional docs. Now I'm waiting for the second AOR.

I think you can show the land parcel together with the sale contract stating the payment, be sure it is signed by both you and the buyer, in my country it's different as all property sales have to be notarized by the government
