I think you can show the land parcel together with the sale contract stating the payment, be sure it is signed by both you and the buyer, in my country it's different as all property sales have to be notarized by the government

I have sent my EOI on 14/06/2016 - but yet no received ITA. I have received only auto generated from the province. I have applied through open category (NOC code:2171)

Does anyone have idea how much time it will take to receive ITA?

Currently on website they mentioned that they are planning for information session in India, however date are not yet confirmed.

Does anyone one have more information??

Please can someone explain how this provincial nomination works?

1. The minimum points level is 67, but how is it possible to know what a good score is? Are the number of invitations and minimum score-cutoffs published like they are for Express Entry? If I submit an EOI, will I only be invited to apply if I meet the minimum score level or is it a gamble?

2."Priority will be given to individuals who have work experience in a high demand occupation"- so what scope is there for people outside of the priority list?

3. Can I club two skilled NOCs for work experience, or does work experience have to be within a single NOC only?

4. Where can I find a list of upcoming Information Session? http://livinginnb.ca/ only lists Middle East locations for July 2016. Anything for the UK, or India?

5. Certified/licensed occupations not eligible?
"Are there any occupations that are not eligible through the NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream? Yes. Individuals who intend to apply and work in occupations that are regulated in New Brunswick (require a license or certificate to fully practice) must have either a valid job offer from a New Brunswick employer or a license or certificate issued by a New Brunswick regulatory body."

Does this include engineers? The Certified Occupations page lists engineers but the Living in NB website notes only medical professionals as requiring a licence or job offer. It isn't possible to get a licence without having worked in Canada and passed various exams.

I'm Turkish citizen and I've registered for the session on the 29th of June, as I understood it's not allowed to do it without getting "you are welcome to attend" letter from promotions? Now I have only confirmation letter from promotions, still expecting "you are welcome to attend" mail for the session July 20, 2016 in Dubai.

My Profession: Senior International Trade & Business Analyst

IELTS: Listening: 8; Reading: 7.5; Writing: 7.0; Speaking: 7.5 / Overall Band Score 7.5

Is there anybody who have any idea how long it will take to get something from Promotions?
Today is 9th of July already... truly speaking i'm tired from waiting. What if i fly to Dubai in order to attend the information session without "you are welcome to attend " letter?

or would you suggest me to wait ... from your own experience?

More that 20 ppl registered for the session in Egypt and none or us got that welcome to attend thing!
